We had our first pinewood derby yesterday. It was so much fun! He did awesome! The funny thing is that this is his first scout anything. He just turned 8 last week, so he hasn't had a chance to go to scouts yet. But I have to say that I am very proud of him...HE came in FIRST PLACE!! Can you believe that?? There were two others that were quite the competition! But he did it! Good Job Gavin!! They had great refreshments..tire doughnuts. And all three of them enjoyed them as you can see. I had to get a proof of that..great dating pics!! I was really excited for him. What a way to start your scouting experience!
